BARIL USA, LLC ANNOUNCES AQUISITION OF FREDA INCORPORATED
Baril is proud to announce all activities
from Freda Incorporated will be transferred to Baril USA, LLC by April 1st of
2010. Baril is a global manufacturer and
supplier of liquid applied protective coatings to the industrial, marine and
commercial markets since 1982. With the
recent innovation and patent of DCC (Dual Cure Chemistry) technology, Baril’s
customers are experiencing the unique benefits previously unknown to the
market. Baril USA, LLC looks forward to working
with all Freda’s existing customers.
