This innovative coating technology provides a hybrid curing system that combines physical drying and fast chemical curing with slow moisture curing coating technologies.DCC offers exceptional directto- substrate adhesion, thin film protection, super fast curing, excellent gloss and colour retention, fast water resistance, longer overcoat intervals, high economics and strong reduction of VOC-content.

Protective Coatings

Our protective coatings show elevated performances in durability, flexibility, adhesion, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and application properties. All achieved by our high level of knowledge of coating chemistry and the ability to focus on customers needs.
Our high solids dual cure chemistry has led to products, that are superior in this market.
Our moisture cure coating chemistry enables us to formulate products that are applicable for all seasons maintenance as well as products that reduce application times and costs.They perform superior with respect to surface preparation (ST3), low temperature curing and corrosion resistance at low film thicknesses. The coating systems are according to ISO 12944 and compliant to global VOC directives. For industrial flooring applications we developed VOC free and water borne systems based on epoxy, polyurethane, dual cure and moisture cure polyurethane coating chemistry.

Industrial Product Finishing

Our industrial product finishes are tuned to reduce application times, improve curing time and significantly save on energy costs. As a pioneer in polyurethane coating chemistry we serve this market since 1951. With our dual cure chemistry we have succeeded in the formulation of the unique PoluRan i2 coating systems to meet the needs of a wide range of finishing requirements and application environments. PoluRan i2 is designed to achieve fast cure cross-linking under ambient conditions without the need for additional heat. PoluRan i2 produces a durable, resilient film with automotive quality gloss and clarity. With PoluRan i2 applied over PoluRan MC Zinc (a zinc rich moisture cure polyurethane primer) exceptional corrosion resistance is achieved.
 

Marine Coatings and Yacht Paints

Our leading position in coating chemistry has led to low VOC coatings used for shipbuilding and maintenance as well as for yachts. Based on dual cure chemistry we offer sustainable solutions for this market.These products are superior with respect to water resistance, easy application, fast processing and durability.
For maintenance purposes in this market moisture cure coating chemistry is the superior technology with respect to surface preparation, overcoat times and unfavourable atmospheric circumstances.
